I cannot receive proxy in your Online Shop

If you ceceive an error when you try to get proxies:

1. Check that you can open web page : http://www.checker.freeproxy.ru/buy/buy.php.
   If you can't open it, wait 10-15 minutes (or 1-2 hour) and try again.
2. Read CAREFULLY instruction for receiving proxies. Do it STEP-BY-STEP.
3. If you can't receive proxies by using step-by step actions, contact us. You need to specify in e-mail:
   • Detailed information about all your actions, STEP-BY-STEP. All opened web-pages/URLs, what you write on these pages and what you see. When you receive an error and full text of error.
   • Detailed information about your payment. Your WebMoney/E-gold number, batch# of your payment, date/time of your payment, full name of product that you tried to buy, received PIN code and instruction for receiving proxies.
     
     
4. If you can't receive proxies and/or don't want to receive proxies, please contact us. Write full details about your payment, received PIN code and if you didn't activate it (did't receive proxies using this code), we will return money to you.
